Project Summary
We are proud to be delivering a major refurbishment project at the iconic Da Vinci's Hotel, enhancing and modernising key areas of the hotel while minimising disruption throughout the works.
Delivering the project within a live hotel environment has required close collaboration with the client and wider project team to carefully plan and phase each stage of the programme, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations. Throughout the works, priority has been placed on maintaining guest access to as many facilities as possible, supporting the hotel’s ongoing revenue stream and customer experience.
Phase One was successfully completed ahead of schedule in March 2026 and included:

Full refurbishment and modernisation of 38 guest bedrooms

Full upgrade to electrical installation throughout the hotel to align with current legislation Installation of a Mitsubishi Electric City Multi Hybrid VRF heat recovery air-conditioning system serving 38 bedrooms, providing simultaneous heating and cooling, individual room control, ultra-quiet concealed ducted units, centralised system management, energy savings of up to 30%, and BSEN378-compliant operation

Complete strip-out and transformation of the reception area, lobby, and public toilet facilities

Installation of a new public lift

Creation of a new on-site café, including modern kitchen and customer facilities
Phase Two is currently underway and will include an new Orangerie extension to the Gastro Pub alongside a dedicated conference and events space. The project reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality refurbishment schemes with programme certainty, exceptional attention to detail, and a premium finish throughout.
